What is the status of this? I can make the change to the file if Mitchell approves.
nbebout@gmail.com: no. you can't do anything. mitchell or whichever lawyer represents mozilla.org/mozilla foundation will provide a replacement file/text. if past history is a guide, there will probably be a public review period for the new version.

I'm thinking this is WONTFIX, since basically everything has migrated to MPL 2.0 now.
