In the Mail and News Notifications Preference screen one of the options says
"Custom .wav file" whereas the Popup windows and Downloads panels says "Play a
sound". The label in Mail and News should read the same as the other panes,
especially since most non-Windows platforms would not use .wav files and because
the selection dialog allows the selection of pretty much any file the user wants
(legitimate or not).
