Having checked checkboxes SohwDownloadManager.. and CloseDownloadManager.. in
Preferences->DownloadManager, when right-button clik an image and choose
SaveImageAs the image is downloaded but DownloadManager not close when finished.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Check ShowDownloadManager.. and CloseDownloadManager.. in Preferences->DwnLdMgr 
2.Open a web-page wich contains images 
3.Click right mouse button over an image an choose Save Image As

Actual Results:  
The image are downloaded.
The Download Manager remains opened.

Expected Results:  
The Download Manager Window should be closed automatically

this looks like bug 243324 - as the image would be in cache, it downloads quickly
