Menus should display key from charcode and keycode as well as key.  Currently 
setting key="N" shows "N" in the menu, but charcode="N" shows no character in the 
menu.
This bug needs to be PDT+.  It has to be fixed if 21684 gets fixed, or menus 
will regress.

This must be fixed for both Mac native menus and XP menus.  Neither knows how to 
do this.
