If you edit bookmarks (Manage Bookmarks...) and have meanwhile a page loading to
a non-existing address, Firefox will hang if you get the time-out for the
non-existing address while draging a bookmark to a folder.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the Bookmark manager (Tools->Bookmarks Manager...)
2. Make sure you have a least one folder and one bookmark in the root folder
3. Switch over to the browser and enter a non-existing address (for example:
www.blahblahblah.nl); the browser will start trying to load it
4. While the browser is trying, go to Bookmark manager and drag a bookmark from
the root folder in the direction of a folder; do not actually paste it (i.e.
keep the left mouse button pressed)
5. Wait until the browser get it's time-out. At this moment, both the Bookmark
manager and the Browser hang

Actual Results:
Both the Bookmark manager and the Browser hang

Expected Results:
Continue working (no hang)
