http://talkback-public.mozilla.org/ should allow search by email address.
Due to legal concerns, we are not able to allow the public to search for or view
reports based on email addresses.

You can find your own incident ids by running talkback.exe in the components
directory.  And if you want to group your own crashes, just make sure to enter a
string in the comments field that you can later search by.

Brian, I haven't yet tried Fx 3.0's new about:crashes screen, but I heard that it gives you a page listing past crash reports you've submitted.  Type about:crashes into the Location toolbar then press Enter.
