Thunderbird on linux (SuSE 9.1/KDE 3.2, thunderbird version 0.9, 0.8, maybe
older) has old envelope icon in window title bar and in the taskbar rather than
Jon Hick's thunderbird holding an envelope icon that was brought into the
windows builds in 0.6 (I think). All the other instances of this icon appear to
have been updated.
Also tested with 2004-11-24 branch and trunk builds and still present.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start thunderbird in linux
2. Wait for app to finish loading (the new icon shows during loading if the
shortcut has been associated with the new icon)
Actual Results:  
App has old envelope icon window title bar and in the taskbar rather than Jon
Hick's thunderbird holding an envelope icon

Expected Results:  
App should have blue thunderbird holding envelope icon in title bar and taskbar
(as is the case in Windows builds).

This issue has been fixed in Thunderbird 1.0
