271624 - "Cannot Launch Camino" dialog shows twice under certain circumstances

The "Cannot Launch Camino" dialog shown when trying to launch a second copy of
Camino shows twice when the following steps are taken.

1. Launch one copy of Camino
2. Launch a second copy of Camino and quickly switch to another application
3. When the second Camino's Dock icon bounces to alert you to the "Cannot Launch
Camino" dialog, switch to it.

Actual results: Two "Cannot Launch Camino" dialogs are visible and both are
dismissed when one OK button is clicked

Expected results: Only one visible "Cannot Launch Camino" dialog.

i can no longer reproduce this on tiger (though i know it exists on panther).
maybe i'll try on a panther box, but it's much less important to fix now.
