Reproducible: Sometimes
Steps to Reproduce:
1.install mozilla 1.8a4 without quality feedback agent installed.
2.surf to a page like slashdot.org.


Actual Results:  
the error massage appears.

Expected Results:  
Page should be displayed without problems.

This error message is not related to TB/QFA. Why do you mean that? It seems
related to MailNews (MAPI support or so). Can you reproduce it with 1.8a5?
