Deleting entries in Options->Privacy->Cookies->Exceptions leaves display trashed

Ctrl-Left-click on several entries. Click
on "Remove Site". Display is messed up.
A number of empty lines are shown and leftover highlights
from earlier selections.

When you click on OK, nothing happens, you have
to click the close box at top-right of window.

When you come back it, the ones you deleted are gone.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.
2.
3.
Duping forward since Steffen's pointing at the actual guilty code.
