I have to shrink web page font into smallest to stop the shake.

Actual Results:  
The main frame of the web page shakes.

I do not have the Asian charter set installed. May need that to reproduce the error.

Works for me too (without Asian character set).

The web site moves up and down, starting with the "Top News" section.
Looks like a problem with their site.

I can't see any problems testing with Fx/Sf/Op/IE.
Since the code seems to have canged some time ago, I gues the site was redesigned.

I'm closing this. Please reopen if the problem persists.
