Details

If you have an RSS feed being stored in a subfolder, and rename the parent, then
after a restart the old folder reappears with the feeds created under it.
Any feeds created after the parent rename appear under the new folder name.
Slight correction: any new folders created after the parent rename appear under
both the new folder name and the old folder name, but the feeds go into the
subfolder under the old folder name.
