It would be nice to have the same option for "When I manually mark messages as Not Junk". The reason why: When the junk mail filter makes a mistake, I want to "unjunk" the message and have the message instantly returned to my Inbox, much like marking a message as junk can move a message straight to my junk folder. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce:
This is the same as bug 208197, which is currently filed for App Suite/Mailnews but will require core functionality to fix.
Setting Bug 208197 as "depends on:" of this bug. (When Product of Bug208197 is changed to "Core", this bug should be closed as DUP.)

Suggest instead of just moving it back to the inbox, have the message re- processed as if it was a brand new message (with the exception of the junk scan) so it goes to the folder it should have gone to if junk-filter hadn't of grabbed it.
