User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; rv:1.7.3) Gecko/20040914 Firefox/ jpeg;q=0.15, gif; q=0.4 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; rv:1.7.3) Gecko/20040914 Firefox/ jpeg;q=0.15, gif; q=0.4 Recently I updates a lot of packages in my Linux (Conectiva 10), including glibc. Now, when I run firefox directly, it works fine, but I want to run it through artsdsp, because some pages I access have flash objects that play sounds, and I want to play them through arts. When I open this kind of page, the browser stops working. It happens just when I run using "artsdsp firefox". When I run directly, it works fine, but without sound... Before updating these packages, it was working fine. When it crashes, the standard output gives the message: *** glibc detected *** double free or corruption: 0x09443758 *** Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Just open the page. 2. 3. Actual Results: It stops, and I only can close the window using Ctrl-C on the terminal. Expected Results: It should open the page without crashing, and send the sounds of flash plugin to arts.
A comment: this error occurs only on Firefox 1.0. I tried in Mozilla 1.7.3, and there is no problem.
