I have already sent my application to Marcia Knous (marcia@mozilla.org) via 
email as a pdf attachment before I submit this bug. Do I have to fax it 
instead?!
Hossam: I received your email with the Contributor Form. We still need to have
an original on file for our records, so if could mail one to us that would be great.
Still need someone to vouch and an SSH key to be added. No one is cc'd on this
bug, you would have to get a voucher as well as some Super reviewers to comment.
You will also need to attach some descriptions of patches you have worked on.
