After crashed, or after killed the process of Mozilla by task manager,
I cannot download any files by Mozilla.
But, after to delete the compreg.dat and to reboot Mozilla, this problem is not
reproduced.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Crash Mozilla
   (See https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/attachment.cgi?id=163640&action=view)
2. Reboot Mozilla
3. Go to http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/mozilla/nightly/latest-trunk/
4. Click for download.

Actual Results:  
I cannot download the file.

Expected Results:  
I should be able to download it.

Sounds similar problem to Bug 227439 which is closed as DUP of Bug 180672.
Bug 180672 is still open.
