On Firefox 25th nov 2004 trunk release, entering "about:plugins" giving this
error message:
"The procedure entry point ??1nsCOMPtr_base@@QAE@XZ could not be located in the
dynamic link library xpcom.dll."

And only afterwards loading the about:plugins page.
