The toolbar, after a fresh installation of FireFox, is without icons. This goes
for the status field at the bottom too. I only see text, and the "buttons" are
partlys covering each other, making the browser impossible to use. Seems as if
some elements have not been installed properly.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Constant problem
2.
3.

Actual Results:
Shows text instead of buttons on the toolbar

Expected Results:
Shown the actual buttons

I have tried reinstalling the software, but that does not help
does creating a new profile help and did you use a 3rd party theme?
looks like a dupe of bug 272283.

Reporter, since you havn't responded in a month, I'm marking this WFM. If, after
trying to reproduce the problem with a recent nightly build, you still have this
problem, feel free to re-open this bug. Thanks.
