271827 - master.ini and qfaservices.dll isn't present in Suite builds since 20041124

I'm using ZIP Suite nightlies for Windows, 20041123 is last, which contains
files qfaservices.dll and master.ini needed for Talkback. 24th and 25th builds
doesn't contain these files.

Seems like the same problem is present in installer builds, too.

Yes, this is still a problem in the 2004-11-29-06 installer Windows builds...

bryner diagnosed this error this morning and committed a fix on the trunk.  I've
respun some builds and am watching them to see if the problem reappears or is
fixed now.

bryner, is there anything you can add to this bug to help explain what caused
the regression?

Jay or Chase: can you mark this fixed, and I'll verify?  This is now working
fine for me using 2004-11-30-04 builds on Windows XP.

Verified FIXED (at least in the installer builds).  Adam, chime in if this is
fixed for you too...

2004113004 zipfile for Win contains master.ini and qfaservices.dll files. Thanx!
