According to mstoltz, some security checks are not occuring on Linux. Mitch, do you have a test case?

As of 2/9 build, this problem seems to have gone away. Running an (unsigned) script which attempts to enable UniversalBrowserRead or PreferencesRead throws a Privilege Not Granted exception, as it should. Marking FIXED.
