when downloading multiple pictures the downloader sometimes freezes and does not
close. i have it set to close when the picture i am downloading is done.
sometimes it crashes firefox. 

Reproducible: Sometimes
Steps to Reproduce:
1.goto a gallery website and download pictures in new tabs. atleast 6 tabs.
2.sometimes the downloader does not close.
3.most times it just slows firefox down. a few times it crashes firefox.
Actual Results:  
most times it slows firefox down.
a few times firefox crashed every tab and every window that was open.

Expected Results:  
closed the downloader after each picture was saved. i checked and the picture
was saved but the downloader did not close. the downloader said that the
download was complete.

nothing is shown when it crashes so i don't know what to put here.
