When downloading a file, if you minimize the DM window when it's at, say, 8%,
the task bar text stays at "8% of 1 file - ..." even though more of the file is
downloaded. When you restore the DM window, the percentage in the window title
and the file size and progress bar of the actual download entry is also out of
date.  Everything is update about 1 second after the DM window is restored.
