This result is reproducible indefinitely and when carried out in IE window does
proceed w/o problem.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Type in an account number such as 16677924
2.  Type in a PIN number choose any 4 digits
3.  Click Login

Actual Results:  
see above

Expected Results:  
moved to the next window showing account status
