I the listed page (or any page for that matter) I would like to be able to
right-click and select "print" or if text is selected right-click on the
selected text and select "print selection"

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Right-click on any web page.
Actual Results:  
Menu with no "print" function

Expected Results:  
some sort of "print" or "print selection" function
