Once a message has automatically been marked as junk, and the user then clicks
"Not junk". The message should be then moved back to it's orginally intended
folder (be passed through filters)

This is a DUP of 208197, but this one is being filed for Thunderbird, because
208197 is only filed for the Mozilla Suite.

Steps to Reproduce:
Setting Bug 208197 as "depends on:" of this bug.
(When Product of Bug208197 is changed to "Core", this bug should be closed as DUP.)
