Error opening page in Firefox. IE opens it without the problem.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Enter site http://usa.asus.com/index.htm
2. Click on any Download or Support link
3.

Actual Results:  
Error page displayed:
http://www.asus.com/support/errorpage/servererror.aspx?aspxerrorpath=/support/download/download.aspx

Expected Results:  
Opening Downloads or Support page with further links, for example this one
"http://www.asus.com/support/download/item.aspx?ModelName=A7V8X&Type=Latest"
that actually works when pasted directly to Firefox.

Could you retry, the error page just look like a temporary problem.

And could you be more exact on where to click on that page?
