272038 - Long list of Imported IE6 bookmarks cannot be accessed past end of screen

A long list of bookmarks, extending beyond the end of the screen (generating the
little arrow) were imported from IE6.  In Firefox 1.0 when I try to access to
bookmarks past the little arrow at the bottom, it only scrolls for one entry
then no further, making the bookmarks beyond inaccessible.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Pull down bookmarks
2.Click on little arrow at the bottom of the list
3.

Actual Results:  
It stopped scrolling after one line

Expected Results:  
Continue scrolling down as I clicked more times.
