When you have more than a certain number of feeds - say 20-30, the Manage
Subscriptions window becomes a very clumsy mechanism for managing them. It
should support a foldering mechanism for grouping like feeds, and feeds should
be listed alphabetically rather then by order of subscription. The filing
structure should then be duplicated in the News&Blogs pane.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Right click on News&Blogs
2. Click Manage Subscriptions

Actual Results:
You are presented with a (seemingly) un-ordered list of all your newsfeeds.

Expected Results:
You should have the ability to create folders and group newsfeeds in folders.
The structure should mirror how they are displayed in News&Blogs. And if you
click on a folder in News&Blogs, it should present a summary of all feeds
contained within that folder.

This bug has had no comments for a long time. Statistically, we have found that
bug reports that have not been confirmed by a second user after three months are
highly unlikely to be the source of a fix to the code.

While your input is very important to us, our resources are limited and so we

this problem in the latest version of the product (see below for how to obtain a
