Window within Preferences -> Downloads -> File Types is empty, and contains no
associations between files and apps.  Need a way to save/restore these associations.

I somehow clobbered my Preferences -> Downloads -> File Types associations. 
Need a way to save/restore these settings.

We're not going to add a bunch of UI to back up individual parts of the profile.
 There's a bug or two about backing up the profile, but until those are resolved
appropriately you can back up your entire profile.

As a note, if you do have a backed up profile, the file mimeTypes.rdf is what
feeds this.
