I was downloading 4 files at the same time. While they were all downloading, the
percent complete looked correct. After 2 of the 4 downloads completed, the
percentage complete dropped to 45% and then after the 3rd completed, it dropped
to 25% even though 98% of the third file was complete.
Reproducible: Didn't try
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Download several files and make sure they won't finish at exactly the same time.
2. Watch the download manager after at least the first file completes downloading.
3. Calculate the actual percentage complete and compare that to the percentage
complete shown by the download manager.
Actual Results:
All files finished downloading correctly.
Expected Results:
Reported the correct percentage complete.
