I would like to be able to use and donate to the Mozilla effort but every time I
have tried to use it over the years it has never fulfilled the basic
requirements of a browser - some bug or shortfall always knocks it down. I was
trying to browse this website, http://www.bac.org.uk/, when it threw me off to
the text only site when using Firefox but is fine when using MSIE6. I am no
expert but I realise there is a problem with coding on the site but I see no way
of plugging in the extension that will make the site work with Firefox.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to the site http://www.bac.org.uk/
2.
3.

Actual Results:
Unable to see site.

Expected Results:
Toe able to see the site.
The site works fine for me using the same version of firefox. What exactly is
the error you are seeing? Describing the problem in more detail would be helpful.
also WFM: Win XP 1.0
Works perfectly for me under Firefox 1.0 Windows XP SP2
WFM too / Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.8a5) Gecko/20041125
Reporter, make sure you have installed the latest Flash player release and if
that doesn't solves the problem, try with a clean profile.

Flash player didn't\ wouldn't install automatically (as it usually does with
MSIE6) and I re-installed Mozilla and then had to download the Flash program
from the Macromedia website (which took me ten minutes to find).

More of an annoyance than a bug but surely (though I realise it is not your
program) some sort of Flash installation should come with the browser or be
automatically offered. Ordinary users find it tough going when they have to
install this, that and the other to get something to work. Thank you for you help.
