characters, å, ä, ö   Å, Ä, Ö are displayed with a "?" (question mark).

Plus.

The scroller slide is NOT properly displayed at the right hand window side.
The slide handle isn't visible.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. log in to "http://www.internetstart.se/"
2. using a Mac laptop G4/400 TiBook
3. Mac OSX 10.3.6

For the fisrt problem, could you check what character enconding is selected in
View->Character enconding?
For the second problem, could you attach a screenshot?

The international characters problem only occurs when View->Character enconding
is set to Unicode (UTF-8). It does not occur when it is set to Western ISO-8859-1
