Created a box with stylesheet and div tag with size 10 x 10 cm. Printer outputs
a box 9 x 10 cm box (w x h). Width is wrong, height is correct. Print quality
set to 240 x 216 dots per inch. If I set print quality to 120 x 72 dots per
inch, the height is still correct, but the width is now 6 cm. If i set the print
quality to 60 x 72 dots per inch, the height is still correct, but the width is
now 12cm. I have tried the same test page in IE6, and all tests prints correct
output.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a web page with a box using style sheets and set width and height to
e.g. 10 cm.
2. Print this web page using a dot matrix printer, preferrebly OKI ML 320 Elite
(IBM).
3. Measure the box on the printed paper.

Actual Results:
The box was 10 x 9 cm, 10 x 6 cm or 10 x 12 cm depending on the print quality
set in the driver.

Expected Results:
It should have printed a 10 x 10 cm box.
