I thought today that I would nominate bug 214519 for thunderbird 1.0. But its
not possible afaik. It would be cool to have a normal nomation process organized
well in advance of the shipping.
blocking-aviary1.0 is for Thunderbird 1.0 too, IIRC
yeah, because that makes a lot of sense. reusing flags so that people can't figure out what's going on.

i'm in favor, but i'm not doing it w/o approval.
I didn't say it made sense. but that's what i've seen on the aviary mailing
list. :-)
And we expect that all people read the avairy mailing list? If we want public
contribution this should be less cryptic, imho
aviary (which means bird) is firebird (now firefox) + thunderbir) and always has

Flag has always been used for both. This isn't something new and we aren't
re-using something.

you are reusing a flag. firefox1.0 already shipped. so the approval flag now means two different things.

that said, i absolutely don't care. and am verifying that we wontfix this.
