I really liked the feature of mozilla to keep the browser in memory so it can
have really short start up time. There isn't a similar feature in Firefox.
Currently I have to keep one window open (and remember not to close it), if I
want to achieve the same result. This is annoying and inconvinient.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
Start the browser
Actual Results:
It is slow on low end machines.

Expected Results:
Allow preloading, to speed up the start up process.
Quick Launch was deliberately removed and will not come back at any point.
