Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install Java  Version 1.5.0 (build 1.5.0-b64)
2. Go to the Caltrans website
3. Attempt to "click and drag" to choose region
Firefox abends and terminates (several bug reports were sent)

Actual Results:  
Firefox terminates


Expected Results:  
Allow me to select a "region" on the Java webpage

FF 1.0 and Mozilla 1.7.3 both crash.  JRE 5.0 (1.5)
IE does not crash, using the same JRE.

I can confirm the crash with ff1.0. ff trunk works fine.
