When you open the bookmarks menu, it would be good to be able to scroll through
the bookmarks with the "Bookmark this page" and "Manage Bookmarks" options
remaining at the top of your screen so that you did not have to scroll to the
top of the menu in order to add a bookmark or manage your bookmark options. This
would be particularly useful where users have many bookmarks as their lists can
take quite a lot of scrolling through (I know there is the possibility to right
click and add a bookmark as well).
