Forget words.
Just look at the attached image. You click there, no matter what theme you're
having (in my case it's SkyPilot), and 2 new tabs are being opened instead of
just one.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
Attached image The Case
WFM (opens one tab), Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Win98; en-US; rv:1.7.5)
Gecko/20041107 Firefox/1.0, with default theme.
Component: General → Tabbed Browser
You must click on the actual bottom pixel for this.
WFM

Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.7.7) Gecko/20050414
Firefox/1.0.3

both default theme and skypilot
This is a minor bug, but this is still a bug, and it happens on all computers I
work with. Even with Firefox 1.5 beta.

Uri and Thomas - I'm asking you to look in these 2 screenshot:
before-doubleclick2.png after-doubleclick2.png, and double click on the exact
horizontal pixel line where the pointer in this screenshot is. You will see it
opens 2 new tabs.
Attached image This is the result
I confirm it:
Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.8b4) Gecko/20050909 Firefox/1.4
ID:2005090900
Another detail I forgot to mention:
It happens both if you click on the most bottom tab bar pixel OR when you click
on the most top tab bar pixel.
Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9a1) Gecko/20051016
Firefox/1.6a1 ID:2005101619

WFM. Ido, I noticed you're using an extension in that screenshot. Can you
reproduce this in safe mode (no extensions loaded).
http://kb.mozillazine.org/Safe_mode
The bug doesn't appear on the safe mode.
Maybe it's a bug with theame implements?

Could you please see if it works for you with other themes than default one?
Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9a1) Gecko/20051016
Firefox/1.6a1 ID:2005101619

Problems with themes aren't addressed on bugzilla. -> WFM
