Description

I can not change Product and Component of a bug at same time, because new
components for newly selected Product is not displayed in selection list.
How can I change both? Is 2-step change a workaround?
 (1) Change Product and submit change
 (2) Go back to the bug, then change Component and submit change

It is indeed a two step change, but it won't look like it to anyone else who
gets the bugmail.  When you change the product and submit, you get a list of
components to put it into.  If you decide it wasn't the right product, no
biggie, just hit the Back button and try again, since it hasn't actually
committed yet.

This should actually be a one-step change, as we should update the component
list when the user changes the product, but that's bug 227611.
