Reproducible: Sometimes Steps to Reproduce: 1. Go to site with .asp code 2. 3. Actual Results: Mozilla dies or waits forever. Expected Results: Issue error message.
LB, can you provide the URL for some specific pages that fail?

I'm sorry, but this bug as written is invalid/worksforme. A ASP page is, from Mozilla's point of view, just an HTML page. Loading various ASP/HTML pages works for me. Thus, resolving bug. please reopen if you get new information, but note that it's unlikely to be a file handling bug.
