After entering address for a map, they are processed and then appear complete
(done) however a map never appears.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Enter an address (complete)
2. Click on "Get Map"
3. Wait for Map to appear

Actual Results:  
No map image is displayed

Expected Results:  
An image map is displayed

Mapquest works and has always worked fine for me. If you go directly to:

http://www.mapquest.com/maps/map.adp?countryid=US&searchtype=address&address=1350+Villa+Street&city=Mountain+View&state=CA&zipcode=94041-1126

Do you see the map?

The reporter probably has images from other servers blocked.  Mapquest serves
the map images from a different server than mapquest.com.

That's likely it.

Andy, can you check whether or not you have Tools->Options->Web Features->"for
the originating website only" checked?
