Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Must install Excite Private Messenger 2. Create Account with Excite. 3. Enter Excite, then Chat service. Actual Results: Empty rooms. Expected Results: Icons representing users should and irc chat should have appeared in dialog box. Problem does not crash system--able to exit chat service and continue with other tasks.

Looks like they're saying IE 5.5 and Windows are a requirement, but they're also talking about a download. I'm not quite sure how a separate download would care what browser you had. Geoffrey, is the latest version of Firefox still failing to work for you? Confirming for now, since it appears there's likely to be something TE-worthy here.
