The Language used in the website is called "Telugu" and is one of indias many
state languages. But when i try to open the website i see the dropdown menus
have the corect script , but the writings on the right are encrypted. Please
take care of this

No, this is *not* a dupe of bug 52746. Dynamic fonts are not related to
internationalization. The problem here is that the site is misidentifying its
charset as windows-1252. This should be marked WONTFIX, and the reporter should
contact the site maintainers and ask them to fix the site so that it properly
identifies its encoding as Unicode or ISCII.
