Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8a6) Gecko/20041126

On startup, mailnews now ask for password for a news account i set up long ago.
This is very annoying. There has never been a password associated with the
account. Nor have I ever been prompted for it on startup untill this build.
My previous build was a couple of weeks old when i recently replaced it.

In addition to asking for the password, the news-account is "opened" - the
various newsgroups listed. This didn't use to happen either. On startup, I
expect only the last used folder to be open - and it never is, anyways. Nor is
the inbox open/selected. (That's bug 169888 I guess..)
seems this happens on startups after a reboot, not sucessive MOZ-sessions within
same XP boot
I don't know about the password part, but scanning newsgroups at startup is a
recent (and hard-to-reproduce) regression: bug 272602
This one is also intermittent and hard to reproduce. Haven't seen it for a while
now - currently testing Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US;
rv:1.8a6) Gecko/20041214. Browsing the other bug I'd say these are likely the
same bug. Which means the regression happened some days before it was reported
in bug 272602. Checkins between Nov. 25th and Nov 27th are likely interesting.
