If user A starts Firefox as user B, bookmarks and start pages are lost

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Login as user A
2. "su" to user B (any other user)
3. Start Firefox as user B and use it
4. Close Firefox
5. Start Firefox as user A


Actual Results:  
User A's bookmarks and start page(s) have been lost

Expected Results:  
Nothing should have happenned: user A and user B should still have bookmarks and
start pages

No errors
