27226 - Trying to use Imported IE bookmarks fail in personal/bookmarks toolbar

When I try to click on an imported ie bookmark the browser doesn't load the url.
More than one url does this as well. In fact probably all. This only happens on
the second bookmark link in the blue section( I think it's the personal toolbar).
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.click on bookmarks in personal toolbar
2.look at imported ie links
3.try to click on one

Actual Results:  didn't load urls
Expected Results:  should have loaded that web page

I'm encountering this issue as well.  Interestingly, while both the menu and
personal toolbar exhibit this behaviour, it seems to work reliably if selected
from the sidebar.

I don't see this with the 2000030709 build on WinNT. what builds are you using?

I've been running the builds from 
ftp://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla/nightly/latest/, and seeing this behaviour 
for the past two weeks or so.  I just finished trying out the 2000030708 build 
(I couldn't find 2000030709), and the problem still occurs with that one.

I'm going to try out the installer version, in case there's some sort of DLL 
version problem causing this, and see if that makes any difference.

Using the installer doesn't appear to have made any appreciable difference... I 
was able to get a single imported IE bookmark to work once, but not thereafter 
(and I couldn't reproduce the single working occurance after restarting 
mozilla).

It seems to have improved slightly in the latest nightly build (both the
"regular" and "nb1b" versions).  Approximately 25% of the time mozilla seems to
follow the bookmark correctly... the rest of the time it acts as if the bookmark
had never been selected (no activity from the throbber, no error message, etc.).

This is *greatly* improved in the 2000050412 build - it now works correctly
approximately 90-95% of the time.  On the remaining occasions, simply
reselecting the link seems to always work (in the past I've tried reselecting a
failed link up to a dozen times, without success).
