-Open Address
don't select a card.
-Select File | Print Card

tested results: The Print Card... item is selectable even though no card is
selected.  Nothing happens, when selecting this item.

expected results: The item should not be selectable (greyed out) if a card is
not selected.

note: With a card selected the print dialog appears as expected.

we now disable both the print card and the print preview card when 0 or more
than 1 ab cards are selected.
