the new EULA is checked into the branch and trunk. QA: it will show up in the windows installer and in Start / Programs / Mozilla Thunderbird / License on Windows

The checked in license appears to be the MPL with some extra text at the beginning. Firefox had an *completely* different license for the binary. Is this right??

Firefox does not have the licence displayed in the start menu so Thunderbird shouldn't either in order to be consistent with Firefox.

verified on Windows build from this morning. new license included in app install and start menu group.
