not sure if this is expected behavior or not, but now that we can create
multiple RSS accounts. I can create another with the same name.

1. have an RSS account called "News & Blogs"
2. go to the Account Manager dialog.
3. click add and select "News & Blogs" for this second account.

results: now I've got two accounts called "News & Blogs."
that was an intentional part of the support multiple RSS accounts bug.

Why should we stop you from calling them whatever you want? I can create
multiple mail accounts with the same name too....
