when ever i go into bingobarb.com it says a need to download the flash plug
necessary to play bingo.

Do you have installed the Flash plugin? Which version? Look at Tools - Options -
Downloads - Plugins (right side bottom): Do you see an entry for SWF? Is it
enabled? Put about:plugins in your address bar and press enter. This opens an
overview of the installed plugins with version numbers and file names.
